Refund Policy

2. Credit Purchases

All credit purchases made on DailyJob are final and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Credit purchases
  • Job posting costs (credits spent on jobs)
  • Job boost purchases
  • Any other credit transactions made through the platform

3. Credit Refunds for Cancelled Jobs

When a job is closed or cancelled by the publisher:

  • Unused credits (credits not yet paid out for approved submissions) are automatically refunded to the publisher's credit balance
  • Credits already used for approved submissions are not refundable
  • Pending submissions at the time of cancellation will be auto-approved, and corresponding credits will be released

4. Rationale

Our policy exists because:

  • Digital services are consumed immediately upon purchase
  • Job postings are published and visible to performers immediately
  • Platform resources are allocated upon payment

5. Credit Balance

Credits purchased on DailyJob are non-transferable outside the platform. Credits can only be used for transactions within DailyJob, including:

  • Posting jobs and paying performers for completed tasks
  • Purchasing job boosts and promotions

6. Disputes Between Users

In cases of disputes between publishers and performers regarding job completion or quality:

  • Users should first attempt to resolve issues directly through our messaging system
  • If unresolved, users may submit a dispute through our support system
  • DailyJob reserves the right to mediate disputes at its sole discretion
  • Any decisions made by DailyJob regarding disputes are final

7. Account Termination

If your account is terminated for any reason, whether voluntary or due to policy violations:

  • Any remaining credit balance is forfeited
  • Any accumulated points are forfeited
  • No refunds will be issued for unused credits
  • Pending transactions may be canceled without compensation

8. Fraudulent Transactions

DailyJob reserves the right to investigate any transactions suspected of fraud. If fraudulent activity is detected:

  • We may freeze or terminate the associated account
  • Credits and points may be withheld pending investigation
  • We may report the activity to appropriate authorities
  • No refunds will be issued for accounts involved in fraudulent activity

9. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases, DailyJob may, at its sole discretion, consider exceptions to this policy. Such exceptions may include:

  • Technical errors on our part that resulted in duplicate charges
  • System malfunctions that prevented service delivery
  • Unauthorized transactions reported within 24 hours

To request consideration for an exception, you must contact our support team with detailed information about the issue within 7 days of the transaction.

10. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback with your payment provider without first contacting DailyJob support may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of your account
  • Permanent ban from the platform
  • Collection efforts for disputed amounts
  • Legal action if warranted

DailyJob uses an escrow-based payment system to protect both publishers and performers. Escrow means that credits are held securely by the platform until work is completed and approved, ensuring fair transactions for all parties.

The escrow system operates through the following process:

  • Job Posting: When a publisher posts a job, the required credits are reserved from their credit balance
  • Work Submission: When a performer submits their work, the credits for that submission are automatically locked
  • Review Period: The publisher reviews the submitted work and decides to approve or reject
  • Points Awarded: Upon approval, points are instantly awarded to the performer's account

3. Credit Lock on Work Submission

When a performer submits proof of completed work:

  • The credit amount for that specific submission is immediately locked from the publisher's reserved credits
  • Locked credits cannot be used for other purposes until the submission is reviewed
  • This protects performers by ensuring payment is available when work is approved

4. Approval and Points Award

When a publisher approves a submission:

  • Points are instantly awarded to the performer's account
  • The transaction is recorded and visible in both parties' transaction history
  • The performer's points will be included in the next automated weekly payout

5. Rejection and Credit Return

When a publisher rejects a submission:

  • The locked credits are returned to the publisher's reserved job budget
  • The job slot becomes available for another performer to claim
  • The performer may revise and resubmit if the job allows revisions
  • Repeated low-quality submissions may affect the performer's account standing

6. Auto-Approval Timeline

To ensure performers are paid in a timely manner:

  • Publishers have a set deadline to review each submission
  • If no action is taken within the deadline, the submission is automatically approved
  • Auto-approved submissions award points to the performer immediately
  • This prevents publishers from indefinitely holding performer payments

7. Dispute Resolution

In case of disagreements between publishers and performers:

  • Both parties should first attempt to resolve issues through the platform's messaging system
  • If unresolved, either party can raise a dispute through our support system
  • DailyJob will review the evidence provided by both parties
  • Our team makes a final decision on the dispute, which is binding
  • Credits or points will be adjusted based on the dispute outcome

8. Escrow Protection Benefits

Our escrow system provides the following protections:

  • For Performers: Guaranteed points for approved work - no more chasing publishers for payment
  • For Publishers: Only spend credits for work that meets your requirements - credits are protected until you approve
  • For Everyone: Transparent transaction history, secure credit handling, and fair dispute resolution

2. How Payouts Work

DailyJob uses an automated weekly payout system:

  • Points earned from approved submissions accumulate in your account
  • Every week, accumulated points are automatically converted to real money
  • The converted amount is paid out to your registered payout method
  • No manual withdrawal requests are needed

3. Eligibility Requirements

To receive payouts from DailyJob, you must:

  • Have a verified account in good standing
  • Have completed identity verification (if required)
  • Have a valid payout method configured in your account settings
  • Have accumulated points from approved work submissions

4. Payout Schedule

Payouts are processed on a weekly cycle:

  • Cycle Period: Points are accumulated throughout the week
  • Processing Day: Payouts are processed automatically at the end of each weekly cycle
  • Delivery: Funds are delivered to your registered payout method
